What is our Repair Policy?

At Ivy Shea Jewelry, we take pride in crafting pieces designed to endure life’s many adventures. Should your jewelry require repair within 30 days of purchase, we are pleased to offer complimentary repair services.

To request a repair, kindly email ivysheajewelry@gmail.com and provide your order number along with a detailed image of the item in need of service. For repairs requested beyond 30 days of receipt, additional fees may apply, which may include shipping charges or costs associated with specific repairs, such as replacing a missing diamond or reconstructing a necklace. All associated fees will be communicated to you in advance for your approval prior to the completion of the repair.

Please Note: Repairs typically require 4-6 weeks to process, depending on the complexity of the issue.
